The Davis High School Jazz Moonlight Orchestra, under the direction of Steve Hendricks, presents “Moonlight Serenade,” an evening of big band music featuring the Moonlight Singers, directed by Jane Fjeldstead. These groups were formed 24 years ago, keeping alive the music of Glenn Miller, Artie Shaw, Tommy Dorsey, and other big-band legends.

Barbie began composing when she was only three years old. She has performed as a soloist and in many musical groups as a vocalist, pianist, and flutist. She earned her bachelor of arts in music from Brigham Young University. She has arranged and created scores for several community theater productions. She is the musician/arranger for a children’s DVD series entitled Baby Songbird.

Layton Main Street Band was formed by Layton City Parks and Recreation in 2004 to support city events and to give talented musicians an outlet to express their talents. Since that time the band has performed for Layton City functions such as Veteran's Day and the Liberty Days Parade, as well as the Davis Arts Sunday Concerts.

He developed a guitar program there that is one of the largest in the U.S. Mike began playing guitar when he was 12 years old and has performed in bands and as a solo performer throughout the West.
